The Launch of the New Cask Noir Series

Introducing the newest releases from the Cask Noir ‘studio’.
The Cask Noir releases comprise single cask releases from classic distilleries, featuring maturation or finishing in high-quality, interesting, and unusual casks. Each release features a custom-designed label that takes inspiration from vintage cinema posters, with “movie titles” that reference the original distilleries.
The new range includes whiskies from most of Scotland’s whisky regions, including casks from distilleries that we have bottled for the first time. This set of releases includes some new very exciting ‘acts’. First of all, we have released our oldest ever release – a 30-year-old single grain, distilled at North British Distillery. In addition to this, we have also produced our first Cask Noir bottle in partnership with one of our main distributors, as an exclusive release in Germany. It’s wonderful Jura from the Isle of Jura, matured in an exciting 1st fill Rivesaltes cask. We are delighted to share with you that this is something we are planning to do more often for our growing network of distributors around the world.
The last two releases took whisky lovers across the thrilling adventures of flavours. Let’s have a look at what we can expect from the newest production of Cask Noir bottles. The full ‘acts’ are as follows:
