Four New Single Casks Bottlings Join the Cask Masters Series

We are delighted to introduce four new additions to the Cask Masters Golden Proof series — a Lowland grain and three Speyside malts, each matured or finished in a carefully chosen cask.
Golden Proof sits at the heart of the Cask Masters range — whiskies bottled at around 50% ABV, where the focus is on balance and flavour rather than cask strength alone. Each one is matured or finished in a first or second fill cask chosen to complement the spirit, not overpower it. These are whiskies made to be enjoyed, whatever your level of experience with single cask Scotch. overpower it.
As always, every bottle is non-chillfiltered, individually numbered, and comes with full transparency on age, cask type, and bottling details.

Cameronbridge 15 Year Old - Lowland Single Grain Scotch Whisky
Cask: Matured in a 2nd fill Sherry Hogshead
Strength: 51.8% ABV
Bottles: 304 bottles in total
Cameronbridge is one of Scotland's most historic grain distilleries, and single cask releases from here remain a rare and special thing. Fifteen years in a second fill Sherry Hogshead has given this Lowland grain a gentle, rounded sweetness — the lighter sherry influence allowing the spirit's natural softness and delicate vanilla notes to shine through, rather than masking them. A wonderful introduction to the quieter charms of single grain Scotch whisky.
Auchroisk 14 Year Old - Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Cask: finished in a 1st fill Saint-Estèphe Barrique
Strength: 50.5% ABV
Bottles: 343 bottles in total
Saint-Estèphe is one of Bordeaux's most celebrated appellations, known for structured, tannic reds built on Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Applied to fourteen years of Auchroisk's rich, rounded Speyside character, the result is interesting: a whisky where dark fruit and earthiness sit alongside the distillery's natural warmth. This is a finish that adds something without taking over — the Bordeaux influence present but not the loudest thing in the glass.

Dailuaine 10 Year Old - Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Cask matured in a 1st fill Bourbon Hogshead
Strength 52.0% ABV
Bottles: 316 bottles in total
Dailuaine is a powerful, full-bodied Speyside distillery that tends to operate quietly in the background of great blends, making a 10 year old single cask release at cask strength all the more exciting. Full maturation in a first fill Bourbon Hogshead has brought out vanilla, orchard fruit and baking spice, with the spirit's weight keeping it grounded.
Inchgower 14 Year Old - Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Cask finished in a 1st fill Oloroso Sherry Barrique
Strength52.7% ABV
Bottles: 285 bottles in total
Inchgower sits near the Moray coast and produces an oily, lightly coastal spirit that suits Sherry well. After fourteen years, a first fill Oloroso barrique has brought dark dried fruit, chocolate, and spice, while the coastal character keeps it from getting too heavy. Worth giving some time in the glass: the longer it sits in the glass, the more it reveals.
