Adam is one of the two directors of Brave New Spirits and has been in the whisky business for many years. He brings a lot of experience in the wholesale and trade of bulk products, takes care of our party department and is always in a good mood.
Alex is the other founder of Brave New Spirits and director of our ‘Connoisseurs Department’. He focuses on quality development and is responsible for our Wood Policy. Whether in Europe, South America or even in Asia and Australia – he is always on the lookout for exciting empty casks for our Scotch Whisky Products. Furthermore, he takes care of the brand developments of our different editions and series.
Tomek leads our Party Department. His background is sales of volume products to supermarket chains and distribution companies pretty much all over the world. Living in already 10 different countries and constantly travelling he is also complete whisky fanatic for already over 20 years. Getting those two things combined he is best person to contact if you believe that you can handle at least a pallet of whisky. Or better a full truck.
Julie is a lady who feels like entire life is one big college exam and she sure did not study for it. She has 33 years in the export industry and this lady is now the sales & logistics co-ordinator at Brave New Spirits. Julie is responsible for the movement of stock / bottlings and takes care of the exports.
Paul works with our Connoisseurs Department whiskies. He’s been involvedwith the sales & marketing of fine whiskies & premium spirits forover 20 years, and over that time has worked in many countries with a widerange of people (everyone from Whisky Writers to Rock Stars!). He’s lovesto travel, judges at several international spirits competitions (a greatway to discover exciting new products & distilleries), and was nominated asa Whisky Magazine “Icons of Whisky” in 2021.
Eni is responsible for the coordination of production and sales - including the bottling and movement of whisky stock. With a history in hospitality management and international certification, Eni has brought these skills with her to Brave New Spirits, as well as a qualification in international wines. With her knowledge of whisky added to her trained palate - she's happy to sip on a wee dram!
Debbie is responsible for our warehouse operations. She has worked in the whisky industry for the past 8 years and has developed an interest in fine spirits, particularly Single Malt Scotch Whisky and she appreciates a good dram. With a background in quality assurance, she has an excellent eye for detail and therefore our casks are in safe hands.
Kasia has worked within the Whisky sector for many years, ensuring the customer experience is one of opulence. Having graduated with a degree in Business Management, Kasia utilises her expertise and customer service focus to its maximum. Always happy to answer queries and liaise with global partners, Kasia seeks to ensure all that work with Brave New Spirits are welcomed through the door. Kasia works to the triple T standard: transparency, thoroughness and a tenacious attention to detail!
Kim is PA to our Managing Director Adam. She has many years’ experience working across a wide variety of industry sectors and is now enjoying learning all about the whisky industry. Guided by her colleagues, she also now enjoys the odd dram or two!
Our graphic designer. She's been drawing since she had learned how to hold a pencil... and she never stopped. Her degree in Graphic Design and a traditional arts background makes it impossible to come up with an idea that she wouldn't be able to execute. She has the versatility that is crucial when it comes to developing unique and interesting whisky brands.
Andrew works in our Party Department. Throughout his professional life, he has been involved in international sales. He has extensive sales experience in various markets, from Japan and China in the East, through Central Asia and Europe, to the USA and Canada in the West. He always aims on building long-term relations with clients. Sees challenges where others see troubles. Always open to socialise, enjoying a good dram. Speaks English, Polish and Russian.
